and Equifax after 30 days to be placed on
your customer’s credit report in accordance
to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
We report
collections to your customer’s credit report
as a tool for obtaining payment. There have
been numerous accounts paid in full due to
the mortgage refinancing during the past
several years.
